〈After the Rain〉是 Kimberley 在洛杉磯休假的時候完成的，在美國 R&B 歌手 Kehlani 的經紀人介紹下，Kimberley 認識了創作人 Rachel West 以及製作人 Tadjh Brooks，三人在錄音室利用一天的時間共同創作，雖然是第一次見面，Rachel 卻能用朋友間閒聊的方式，引導 Kimberley 在 Tadjh 慵懶舒服的 R&B beat 下，將當時的心境描繪出來，聽完就好像雨後空氣中瀰漫一股獨特清新的味道。
